How does the Move-Up Program benefit me?

The Move-Up Program allows you to confidently sign a contract on a yet to be constructed home even though you have a home to sell.  Our program will save you thousands of dollars in commissions on the sale of your existing home, allowing you to be more competitive in the market while still maximizing home equity.

 
How do I qualify for the program?

In order to qualify for the Move-Up Program, you cannot be working with a realtor on the sale of your existing home OR the purchase of the new home.  Move-Up America must be included on your new home purchase agreement in order to receive benefits.

 
What if my existing home is more expensive than the new home I want to buy?
No Problem!  Our Move-Down Program is designed specifically for this situation.  You will still save money by listing your home for a discounted commission through one of our approved realtors; however the rebate structure changes slightly.  It still equals a significant savings over typical rate structures and we encourage you to call for details.
 
What if my existing home is not located in one of the markets you work in?

Again, no problem!  We can assist you in finding a reliable listing agent for your area and with our program rebates, still save you money on the transaction costs to sell your home.

 
Who will I work with to sell my home?

Move-Up America partners with top producing agents from your local area.   Local brokerages, with established names who know your specific market.

How do we get started?
When you decide on your new home, tell the builders sales representative that you would like to register with Move-Up America to get the process started.  You will be asked to complete a registration form that the builder representative will send in for you, or you can register here on the website.  Either way one of our market coordinators will contact you within 24 hours if received on a weekday, or first thing Monday if you register over the weekend.
