      Move-Up America Helps Renters Satisfy Lease Obligation

 
January 17, 2006 – AUSTIN, TEXAS – Move-Up America LLC, the nations leading contingency management company for production homebuilders has introduced a new program designed to help those people interested in purchasing a new home but are constrained by their current lease obligation.   The idea stemmed from the growing number of first time buyers interested in becoming homeowners.   In the past, they would have no other choice but to delay their purchase plans until the end of the lease period or pay out of pocket to relieve themselves from the obligation.  The program has proven to be quite popular and successful, benefiting the builder by increased sales and retention, and the buyer by removing the lease obstacle. 
 
The builder will qualify the prospects for the new home and then refer those qualified prospects to Move-Up America who then advises them of the information they will need to obtain from their apartment leasing office.  This information will give Move-Up America an idea of how much money the buyer will need to satisfy the leasing obligation and whether or not this particular situation is qualified for involvement in the program.   Outside of qualifying for the loan on the new home, buyers cannot be working with a realtor on the purchase transaction.
